2. Payments

Ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe. StreetZ Got Talent does not store card numbers, security codes or bank details. We store only payment confirmation information needed to match your booking to your ticket.

3. QR Tickets & Check-In

When a ticket purchase is confirmed, a QR ticket may be created using the booking reference. The QR code is used by staff to locate the booking, confirm the ticket type and prevent duplicate entry.

1. Tickets & Refunds

• All ticket purchases are final unless StreetZ Got Talent confirms otherwise.
• Please make sure you can attend before buying tickets.
• Online ticket prices may be cheaper than paying at the door. Door prices can be higher and may depend on availability.
• Your QR ticket or booking reference must be shown on arrival so staff can check you in.
• Tickets cannot be redeemed more than once. If a booking is already checked in, staff may refuse duplicate entry.

2. Artist Applications

• Submitting an application or interest form does not guarantee a performance slot.
• Performance spaces are limited and may be selected based on suitability, event format, availability and timing.
• Artists must provide accurate contact details so the team can follow up if needed.
• Uploaded files or links must belong to you or be content you have permission to submit.

3. Event Behaviour

• Respect artists, judges, staff, venue teams and other attendees.
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, racist, hateful or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from the venue and future bans.
• StreetZ Got Talent may refuse entry or remove anyone who risks the safety or enjoyment of the event.

4. Website Misuse

• Do not spam forms, submit fake details, attempt fraudulent ticket claims or abuse website features.
• Misuse may result in IP blocking, cancellation of submissions, refusal of entry or blacklisting from future events.

5. Media & Event Content

StreetZ Got Talent events may include photography, video, livestreaming or promotional content. By attending or performing, you understand that public event footage may be captured and used to promote StreetZ Got Talent, artists and future events.
