Artist Performance Rules

Important: These rules help the event run smoothly, keep the stage professional and make sure every artist gets a fair chance.

1. Backing Tracks & Vocals

Artists must not sing, rap or perform over a full vocal track.
Your performance track must be a beat, backing track or instrumental only.
Light backing vocals, ad-libs or hooks may be allowed only if agreed by the team, but the main lead vocal must be performed live.
Tracks must be clearly labelled with your stage name and song title.

2. Arrival, Mic Check & Timings

Artists must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
If the team sets an earlier mic check, artists must arrive for that mic check time instead.
Late arrival may mean your performance slot is moved, shortened or cancelled.
Artists must stay ready and follow staff instructions when called to the stage.

3. Music Files For The Night

All music for your performance must be sent to the team before the event.
If you want to perform a song and the team has not received the correct file, you may be told that track cannot be played.
Please send final versions only. Do not expect last-minute file swaps unless the team confirms it is possible.
Clean/edited versions may be requested depending on the event, audience or venue requirements.

4. Respect & Professional Behaviour

Respect the venue, staff, judges, host, audience and other performers at all times.
No abuse, threats, hate speech, discrimination, unsafe behaviour or deliberate disruption.
StreetZ Got Talent can refuse, remove or cancel a performance if behaviour puts the event or people at risk.

5. Performance Slots

Stay within the performance time or song limit confirmed by the team.
Extra songs, guests or changes to your set must be approved in advance.
The running order may change on the night depending on event flow and venue requirements.

6. Filming & Promotion

StreetZ Got Talent events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or used for promotional content.
By performing, you understand that footage of your performance may be used to promote StreetZ Got Talent, the event and future opportunities.

StreetZ Got Talent respects your privacy and only collects information needed to run the website, manage artist applications, handle enquiries, process ticket orders and operate safe event check-in.

1. Information We Collect

Contact form details: your name, phone number, reply details and message content so the team can respond to you.
Artist application details: your real name, stage name, contact details, genre, links, notes and any files you upload for review.
Ticket details: customer name, contact details, selected event, ticket type, ticket quantity, payment status and check-in status.
Technical details: IP address and timestamps may be recorded to protect the site from spam, misuse and fraudulent activity.

2. Payments

Ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe. StreetZ Got Talent does not store card numbers, security codes or bank details. We store only payment confirmation information needed to match your booking to your ticket.

3. QR Tickets & Check-In

When a ticket purchase is confirmed, a QR ticket may be created using the booking reference. The QR code is used by staff to locate the booking, confirm the ticket type and prevent duplicate entry.

4. How We Use Your Data

To reply to enquiries submitted through the website.
To review artists who apply to perform.
To process ticket orders, send confirmations and manage event entry.
To protect the website, staff, artists and attendees from spam, abuse or fraudulent use.
To improve the event experience and keep accurate records of bookings and applications.

5. Your Rights

By using the StreetZ Got Talent website, applying to perform, contacting the team or buying tickets, you agree to the terms below.

1. Tickets & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final unless StreetZ Got Talent confirms otherwise.
Please make sure you can attend before buying tickets.
Online ticket prices may be cheaper than paying at the door. Door prices can be higher and may depend on availability.
Your QR ticket or booking reference must be shown on arrival so staff can check you in.
Tickets cannot be redeemed more than once. If a booking is already checked in, staff may refuse duplicate entry.

2. Artist Applications

Submitting an application or interest form does not guarantee a performance slot.
Performance spaces are limited and may be selected based on suitability, event format, availability and timing.
Artists must provide accurate contact details so the team can follow up if needed.
Uploaded files or links must belong to you or be content you have permission to submit.

3. Event Behaviour

Respect artists, judges, staff, venue teams and other attendees.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, racist, hateful or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from the venue and future bans.
StreetZ Got Talent may refuse entry or remove anyone who risks the safety or enjoyment of the event.

4. Website Misuse

Do not spam forms, submit fake details, attempt fraudulent ticket claims or abuse website features.
Misuse may result in IP blocking, cancellation of submissions, refusal of entry or blacklisting from future events.

5. Media & Event Content

StreetZ Got Talent events may include photography, video, livestreaming or promotional content. By attending or performing, you understand that public event footage may be captured and used to promote StreetZ Got Talent, artists and future events.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated when the website, ticketing flow, event rules or business requirements change. The latest version will be available in the website footer.
